Clubhouse Refurbishment

All facilities in the area require upgrade commensurate with the current double digit growth & projected growth in the local economy fuelled by tourism, population shifts, and local business.

The golf club is a vital asset for Anglesea, great place to take visitors , which are increasing and for the community to use.

I support the upgrade of the Clubhouse. More modern facilities are required urgently to cater for increasing number of visitors to the Surf Coast, particularly golfers and those who are attracted to the Roo Tours.

Refurbishment of the Clubhouse will allow the Anglesea Golf Club to continue to be a key meeting place for both the Anglesea community and visitors.

Agree with everyone - this has many, many benefits for the well-being of our community including our roos and to all our visitors.

Many visitors both national & international to a beautiful course but an aging venue. Needs an uplift to compliment the scenery.

Our Anglesea golf clubhouse would benefit greatly from refurbishment both for locals and to attract international visitors, especially with the popularity of the kangaroo tours.

One of the towns major public facilities needs to keep up to date for the use of all those in the district and to attract more international visitors to a world class venue. With the future Avalon airport expansion to the Asian market not far away, an updated Anglesea Golf Clubhouse would be an ideal destination for tourism expansion.

The clubhouse definitely needs a refurbishment!

Overseas visitors are astounded at the ambiance of the Golf Course and the abundance of kangaroos.
An upgrade to the Club House and amenities would compliment the Course and further enhance the Golf Clubs' reputation as a Surf Coast icon.

The clubhouse is in need of refurbishment, especially to bring it up to the standard now expected by our golfing visitors, and especially our valued overseas visitors, who use the Roo Tour facility.

Wonderful club but facilities underutilised. Club has shown great initiative with its Roo Tours but needs a refurbishment to make it more attractive to visitors and locals alike

Golf club members, the local community and especially tourists visiting the area for "Roo Tours" would all benefit significantly from refurbishment of the Clubhouse. In line with increased population and tourism projections the facility must maintain a high standard and presence in the region. The condition of the Clubhouse and the facilities it provides are an important component in the development of the surfcoast

I have been a part of the Anglesea Community for around 20 years.
The Golf Club has always been a great support for all community groups and are always the first to supply a venue for local fun raising event and is a general hub for a number of local groups in need of an area to meet.
A new refurbishment would benefit a large number of Tourist visiting this beautiful part of the world being a holiday destination or day visitors travelling along the Great Ocean Road.
A refurbishment could not only benefit the above but is also great for local employment with hopefully increased sales.
It would be great if everyone could come and enjoy this fantastic little part of the Surf Coast.
