We’re now checking project votes received during the public voting period, which opened 9am, 13 August and closed 5pm, 17 September 2018. To vote in Pick My Project, voters needed to be a Victorian resident aged 16 and over.

Once checks are complete, we'll announce the project ideas that received the most public votes within their partnership region. Register for updates to be notified when successful projects are announced.

Congratulations to the 237 successful project ideas who will share in $30m in Pick My Project funding.

Funding was split equally between metro and regional Victoria, with each of the six metro and nine regional partnership areas receiving a minimum of $1m. Funding within each partnership area was then allocated by population. To ensure a range of small and large communities had the opportunity to be part of Pick My Project, no more than 50 per cent of a partnership area’s funding could go to one Local Government Area.

The successful projects have developed project plans and signed funding agreements with the Victorian Government. They're now working to deliver their projects across the state, making their local communities even better places to live! Projects will complete at various times over the coming months, up until June 2020.

You can still browse projects including completed, currently underway, and all other project ideas.
