School holiday is the time that African youth in Inner Melbourne get on the wrong side of the law. A majority of the African youth in the inner city flats don't have the privileged of travelling to tourist sites in Australia during the holiday. In the area there are a lot of people who carry a negative influence, who get them into trouble and take advantage of their boredom, energy and naivety .

This project will benefit the youth first and foremost. Their parents are often single mothers struggling to entertain energetic youths in their flats.
It will benefit the mainstream community by maintaining safety and it will assist the hardworking police officers who struggle to get keep these disadvantaged youths out of trouble.
