Live at Spectrum is a LIVE streaming music television show streamed LIVE via YouTube, Facebook Live and the Live at Spectrum App. The replay is then aired around Australia on Foxtel, Melbourne’s community station Channel 31 and uploaded to the Live at Spectrum website for viewing on-demand. Live at Spectrum presents Gippsland musicians playing live ‘to air’ from a purpose-built television/recording studio facility in Traralgon. The show also features live interviews with the artists and pre-recorded stories about music related events and ‘goings-on’ throughout the greater Gippsland area. Live at Spectrum also hosts a live studio audience.
The mission is to re-invigorate the local music scene, giving local talent of all genres a platform through which to share their art with the community through a uniquely innovative platform, and to allow volunteers from Gippsland to learn new skills and increase their knowledge of broadcast media techniques.
Additionally, during the live airing of the show, Live at Spectrum engages with the community in real-time through social media. When watching at home on smart televisions, smart phones and tablets etc., the community engage by sending in messages, questions and photos in real time, interactively.

These guys continue to ******* away with the level of commitment and enthusiasm they put in every month to support and showcase the amazing amount of talent Gippsland has to offer. Not to mention the high degree of professionalism and quality evident within each episode.
Without projects such is these, the local music community would be at a great loss as it wold be mere impossible for regional artists to share their work with such a variety of viewers. Live at Spectrum deserves all the support it can get so they can continue to support our community, and our beautiful creatives residing within it, for many more years to come. THANK YOU SPECTRUM :)

It's amazing that this project has achieved such a high standard of production with essentially zero financial support so far. It is a must-have resource for audiences, musicians and the wider community, highlighting the talent on offer in Gippsland that keeps our regional focus as a creative centre alive. In an industry that is traditionally under resourced but overflowing with talent, needs this show to flourish, so that Gippsland is seen as the number one melting pot for music and art in regional Australia.

A program with the most amazingly professional quality given it is all done on a voluntary basis. It would be wonderful what the team can do to showcase local talent if they had funding to help them

Live at Spectrum helps keep live music available to the musicians and the audience. I was at LAS when they played at the Wedge last year. It was a fantastic opportunity for all concerned.

Live at Spectrum is a unique and amazing platform for Gippsland musicians and we need to keep it going. This area has faced so much hardship and everyone has suffered, but this show is a great example of how a community of volunteers can pull together to do something truly special! LAS has my vote. Please give it yours too!

This project is absoblty amazing. As a guest on the show I can really vouch for how passionate the whole crew is to showcasing the greatest talent Gippsland has to offer. Such a friendly environment that makes everyone feel welcome and have a great time
