Our free, casual 'Stay and Play' sessions will be open to all community members with children aged 0-6. The themed sessions will be run twice-monthly on Saturdays from 9.30am - 11.30am by experienced play facilitators, over a 12 month period. Children can discover a wide range of stimulating new play experiences and learning activities and make new friends while adults enjoy a cuppa and a chat with other caregivers. Join the toy library after visiting a session and we will discount two months from your annual membership to borrow year-round from our huge range of 3700 toys, games and activities.

Play is essential for children’s learning as it teaches them about the world around them, develops their imagination and social skills and supports healthy brain development. Our drop-in Saturday sessions encourage both mums and dads to interact with their children through play, strengthening family bonds, improving children’s overall development, and forging friendships with other families. More flexible than a playgroup, there is no expectation to attend the whole session or to attend each week. Sessions provide a relaxing environment for qualified play facilitators to share ideas with families about how they can better support their children’s learning through everyday play.
