Community 'Stay and Play' Program at Maroondah Toy Library completes project
Community 'Stay and Play' Program at Maroondah Toy Library completed its project in December 2019.
The project facilitated a free drop-in playgroup program, run twice a month at the Maroondah Toy Library. The themed sessions have encouraged families to get out of the house and spend time with their young children. Parents and children have benefitted from new connections made with other local families at a similar life stage. The toy library has seen an increase in membership, as many families learn about the value of play for their children.
