Cockatoo RSL Deck

Will help community and enlarge area as building is very small.

The local RSL is a hub for locals to socialise in a friendly environment. The additional space of a deck would be great in warm weather and a great asset for the club.

Would be nice to have a bigger outdoor area to enjoy a nice drink with friends in summer

Would be fantastic to have the well deserved RSL receive these works for the community. The RSL as always brings everyone together for all special occasions.

Would benefit RSL immensly. There would be extra room when there are gatherings with the best view in Cockatoo.

Would benefit the RSL in so many ways. The volunteers there work so hard to provide a wonderful place in cockatoo for locals to come and i personally beleive a nice big deck in summer would be just perfect. RSL Deck gets my vote for sure.

Our little RSL almost closed a few years back. Now it’s come alive and it needs to be improved so it can continue to grow.
Big long ago there would only be a handful at the dawn service. Now it’s hetting crowded.
The updates and improvements are helping get the interest of the younger generations, not touched by war.

This makes sense from so many angles benefiting tourism and community while capturing beautiful views of the valley.

Like others have said an attractive outdoor space visible at the top of the town would certainly encourage visitors. The RSL is also such an important social hub for our great community.

Much needed for this fantastic RSL, will be perfect when Anzac Day and Rememberence Day events are on.

The RSL is a fantastic community hub and moving from the city to Cockatoo has been a great way to meet new people and make friends.
The RSL team do a great job and their friendliness always makes you feel welcome and part of the family.

To have this project go ahead would be a much desired addition creating the space needed for a wider community.

Rsl is a fantastic little community hub. Chris, Carol, and the staff have done an amazing job to bring it to what it is today and involve the community in doing so. Having a patio would only enhance that and make it an even more pleasing place to be and be a part of.

This would bring more locals to the area for social and family time as well as for remembrance for our fallen heros

This is much needed, and situated perfectly to take in the view of our beautiful town, will add value to the town and improve patronage

It's a great Rsl with great people, and I think this would be a great addition to this ripping little place. Can't wait.

Would be a wonderful addition for all in Cockatoo to enjoy. With their dedication and proactive attitude, Chris and Carol Thompson and many others have achieved amazing results with the RSL. With this addition to the Building it will take advantage of the view of our township and beyond and I'm sure will be a very popular gathering spot for the whole community.

Badly needed would make the RSL far more useable
