Workshops on Setting Life Goals & Business Planning For Women

Workshops - Life Goal Setting: Practical guidance on creating short term and long term plans. Helping participants to identify what drives their motivation to achieve personal, professional, wellness, lifestyle and relationship goals.

Workshops - Business Planning: Step by step business planning fundamentals delivered in a creative format to help women analyse business ideas, their unique obstacles, business viability, planning budgets, marketing, operations and record keeping to ultimately achieve success. Audience: (1) Young women, female school leavers. (2) Women, mums and entrepreneurial women returning to work. Delivery - Interactive hands on small group workshops delivered by an experienced University Business Trainer.

School leavers, women and mums don’t have easy access to professional coaching and training in these fields. This project will give them access to workshops and expertise providing them with solid practical business planning strategy and life goal setting methods, empowering them to set holistic life goals for their career, personal life and entrepreneurial goals to assist in avoiding the unique pitfalls women succumb to when starting their career or business. Many do not have access to TAFE or University. However this program will be delivered by an experienced ex-RMIT University Corporate/Community Business Department Manager, Trainer and Researcher.
