Our employment technique and interviewing workshops are aimed at one thing - Improving Knowledge and Creating Confidence!
Many of us have workplace skills and strengths that we don't document effectively in our resume's or have trouble communicating in a job interview situation.
Through a group workshop format and follow up one on one coaching, individuals gain an improved understanding of their core workplace strengths and how to best promote those in an employment situation.
Our workshop presenter and facilitator is an experienced employment professional and local resident. Participants will gain proven techniques and methods to build confidence.

A regular job and stable income from employment is no longer a guaranteed proposition. We have either experienced or know someone who has had difficulty in gaining employment - the job market is competitive.
The workshops and individual follow up coaching sessions are focused on residents within our local community who would benefit from securing employment.
The focus is on taking positive steps for securing employment, establishing an improved "sense of self", highlighting your workplace strengths and establishing improved confidence.
Our aim is to assist and support our fellow inner west residents to "Go Get It" and be successfully employed.
