The project is a wellness centre run by volunteer fitness trainers the Wolfzden Crew (www.wolfzden.com.au) in partnership with Bridgingworx (www.bridgingworx.org.au), a registered charity where all classes are offered FREE to all members. Attendees are provided support from various professionals in health & fitness, spiritual guidance from qualified and experienced counsellors, life/mentoring coaches who will support its users by offering fitness classes, employment programs, men & womens support groups, volunteering opportunities to community members, work experience opportunities for users and their families in the office of our support partners who will be assigned a mentor/coach.
The Wellness Project is to offer a FREE Community Gym sponsored & supported by qualified local community members & volunteers. It will utilise the FREE fitness classes as a vehicle to support local members of all ages in low to high intensity & impact classes that promote natural human movement from all ages from 3years of age through to 60+yrs. Along with the fitness classes we will run regular FREE employment training programs, men/womens spiritual wellness & offer FREE training & work experience for disadvantaged youths from the CALD & general community looking to enter into the workforce.
