Establishment of an environmentally friendly safe self guided, static exercise trail / site that may be used with or without supervision/instruction, as there are clear graphic signs to illustrate and describe each exercise. The site requires no maintenance and is available for use by local sporting clubs and the community in general.
Equipment utilises recycled plastic to provide a range of strengthening, core, aerobic, agility and plyometric functions and provide a personal challenge with three levels of intensity …starting from the beginner, through to the more dedicated athlete.

The exercise site will enhance the facilities at Warranyte Recreation Reserve and complement the current sporting activities (Cricket, AFL football, Netball and Tennis) provided in the precinct.
Open to all community members who may wish to benefit from a structured exercise programme at whatever level they aspire.

Great idea, with the hundreds of people who use the walking track each day this will be extremely popular.
