The LCC is home to many local organisations, including greyhound coursing and carriage driving both holding state and national competitions.
*Sealing the entrance road and car park will give easier access for horse floats, dog trailers and people with disabilities.
*Painting aging, original , unsealed besser bricks (impossible to keep clean) will brighten the entire building and attract more outside functions. Paint will make the football change rooms/toilets/showers into nicer rooms for all occasions whatever the season.
* Installation of light tower for the oval will bring the lighting to twilight standard for competitions and safety.

*Road/parking areas are granitic sand which goes 'mushy' in wet weather and is unstable at all times for those with disabilities. Many locals walk in the grounds.
*Painting original grubby unsealed besser brick interior will make the entire building more attractive for any function eg weddings, special occasions. It will also make the building more appealing and easier to decorate and clean.
*A light tower will give the community the opportunity to host twilight competitions e.g football, carriage driving , festivals, Australia Day. More use of the LCC will also help the local businesses - store, pub,The Rockery, wineries.

This facility has a proven record of diversity of purpose, community, sport, fundraising venue, pony club, events of significance. In emergencies this venue is potentially the safest best known facility in an an emergency for a safe haven for community potentially. Multipurpose is an understatement. It was built ahead of its time in concept and is tried and true but there are simple infrastructure needs to see this facility support community for and other 30-40 years! Such a wonderful opportunity to ensure this facility can be accessed safe for community. Built by community for community true vision and purpose.

A great public space for a variety of activities and in urgent need for upgrading. Road sealing, parking, painting and landscaping needed to bring this venue up to standard.

I agree with the sealing of the road into the centre to be completed.
Personally I rather see solar power installed to cut the electricity usage.
It has plenty of down time to store up lots of extra power.
I see this as a worthwhile spending of money brought in to this public area.
