Theatrical resource hiring system - to schools, other community theatrical companies. The current storage system needs an overall to allow for a safer and an easier way to locate and retrieve items for hire.
* Workstations for manufacturing props, sets and costumes also need a revamp. This will also include the purchasing of new equipment allowing a greater number of volunteers to work at the same time on multiple projects.
* Office also needs a facelift.
* The hiring of resources allows school and other community groups the ability to hire (cheaply)
* Creating more efficient workstations would allow more volunteers to become engaged at the shed instead of having to work off site.
* Get the community active in becoming apart of a team to produce a quality theatre on the Mornington Peninsula.
* Training and education for anyone who want to become skilled in a variety of areas that is required to put on a theatrical production.

The community and family aspect of PLOS Musical Productions is second-to-none. Producing two full-scale musical productions a year is no easy task, particularly with a large group of volunteers both on and off stage. This money would go directly to the company to update the venues they use for rehearsals and as a workshop, and allow the company to create an exceptional quality of theatre and provide it to local community members.
