TIMEKEEPER AND SCOREBOARD REPLACEMENT

We have an extremely old and unsafe time keeper and scoreboard at our football ground. We have been attempting for 8 years to get the structure replaced but have been unable to secure any funding. The top of the scoreboard is rusted out and the time keepers box lets in the wind and rain. We have replaced the numbers on the scoreboard but desperately need a facility that we can read.

The community has been trying to get funding for the scoreboard for many years. Most of the people have at some time, spent many hours in the freezing cold keeping time for the football or scoring for the cricket. A new timekeepers box will enable us to get our community out of the rain and freezing winds. Our children will no longer have to risk climbing the scoreboard to change the scores.
