Our aim is to build rapport and trust with those who come to us for assistance and to develop a strong relationship with government service providers, businesses, faith-based and non-profit organisations and the community. Our vision is to link together for a better future for our community. We want to reconnect them to all the benefits our community has to offer. Re-connect and empower people to make a fresh start. To give them hope. We will be the go-between to facilitate this process of recovery. We will provide information about all the services available and assist them access these services.

Our Vision for Bacchus Marsh and Moorabool Shire District is to have a premises in the heart of Bacchus Marsh to be used as a drop-in Centre to help connect disadvantaged people to service providers and support them while they wait. We endeavour to break down the barriers that stops many vulnerable people from accessing the services they need.
