The Brittle Society - Awareness through Theatre

The Little Theatre Company will be presenting a series of three plays in 2018/2019 to the general public addressing suicide, consent and postnatal depression under the banner of; 'The Brittle Society - Awareness Through Theatre"

The Little Theatre Company under the leadership of Kaarin Fairfax and Ryan A. Murphy has been appointed the resident theatre company at the Alex Theatre in St Kilda to produce a series of plays that are relevance and highlight areas within humanity that need discussion.

The funding will be divided to support the development team and performers leading up and during the production period.

This project is being developed to create a safe environment to bring awareness and continue the discussion about important topics. In this set of 3 theatre productions in 2018/19, we look at suicide, consent and postnatal depression under the banner of 'The Brittle Society'.
It is important as a community we continue to discuss and from there develop pathways to make our society stronger and safer for all.
