Tennis Court for MT Baw Baw

The grant would allow for the modification of existing areas of carpark that are not used in Summer months to convert them into a Tennis Court. In winter months the area would be converted back to carpark by removal of temporary structures that are then stored until summer, similar to the tennis court at Mt Buller Alpine Resort.

Mt Baw Baw Alpine resort continues to grow in its summer usage. Adding a tennis court to existing areas that are not utilised in summer months would provide additional activities that visitors could do during summer months. This would further attract more visitors to the Latrobe Valley and Baw Baw Village which would increase turnover and spend throughout the region.
