Our intention is to purchase a mobile van and have it fitted with working models of renewable energy production ie. (Solar , Wind, geothermal and biomass.) To have trained volunteers man the van at festivals, public events , as well as being available for schools.
We wish to further educate the public about renewable energy. To help people have confidence in the the science involved by demonstrating and explaining it works. How each of can help mitigate the effect of climate change . (Port Fairy's Co2 emissions =160,000 tonnes PA. This is equivalent to 3 billion black balloons . Ref annual calculation conducted and published by Powercor. )

Wonderful idea. I really hope this is successful. A fabulous way to engage students and the community about renewable energy.... hands on and active demonstrations...
