We intend to install four split system air conditioning units to the clubrooms, in order to make the facility more community friendly and comfortable for it's users. The facility is currently used all year round by multiple local sporting and community organisations. This system will make the clubrooms more comfortable to the large number of players, volunteers, visiting teams, grand parents, younger children and senior citizens that utilise the clubrooms daily.

The clubrooms are currently used by the Lilydale Cricket Club, Lilydale Football & Netball Club, as well as the Lilydale Show Society, Eagle Health Resources Men's Group and the Holy Fools Charity Organisation. The facility is a disaster refuge centre for the Yarra Valley region, and is used for community fundraising events all year round with various local organisations. The split system air conditioning units will help make the clubrooms more comfortable during the summer and winter months, and also enable the inclusion of other local organisations to use the facility throughout the year as a hub for community activities.

This facility is also used by Cire Services for cooking classes for disabled people; and by the Leukaemia Foundation for a peer support group; and by Dementia Australia to run a program for men who care for a family member with Dementia. It is developing as a health promotion facility for the community.
