Helping mums have it all - a successful business aligned with their values whilst focusing on their young families at home. This project is designed to get mums out from behind their screens to form genuine connections with like-minded, ambitious women. The project will include eight facilitated meet up sessions. Topics covered will include having a values based business, success vs results, combating negative self-talk, managing the "mummy juggle" and social media strategies. Taking place with the support of childcare to keep mums and kids under one roof while also giving some space for both to flourish and thrive.

The project aims to deliver training to four separate groups throughout the year. It is designed to empower mums through social inclusion and personal development activities. Providing tools and recourses to support growing small business. Providing child-friendly learning environments to help stay at home mums access the training. Providing an environment for driven and ambitious, family-focused mums to network, find happiness and fulfilment in their own pursuits. Blowing out the "baby brain" cobwebs and ensuring external validation with tangible outcomes. Helping women who want to rediscover their identity outside of parenting and be more than mum.
