We currently have a grandstand behind one of the goals on the main pitch, not really conducive to watching the game. Our proposed covered grand - stand with seating for approximately 200 spectators will provide spectators with the best possible view of the game protected from the elements in both summer & winter. We propose to have 2 rows of seating built into the stand that allows junior parents to also watch games on pitch 2 under cover from the same position. The covered area will most certainly see more parents from the community getting involved in their child's games.
The proposed grandstand will provide the community with protection from the elements on match days from the best possible viewing position. As part of the grandstand development, we propose to incorporate a Disabled Access ramp from the existing car-park to the stand which will enable anyone with a disability to come & watch any of the games in a safe manner. Given that this is a council facility, it is open to anyone from the local community to use at any time. The investment in the stand will make it more appealing for local community groups to use.

Dandenong City soccer club is a club with an open door welcoming policy. This grandstand is desperately needed to accommodate the patrons of this fast growing club with great family values.

This soccer club is so needed in this area. For so many years this club has been neglected but in the last nine years it has gone from strength to strength. Now it's time to give a little something back to the supporters and the community.
