This rope course facility would be for the 360 students during school hours and would also be a great facility for the wider community for after hours and on the weekends. The school grounds are currently open and accessible to the local community and is currently used for its basketball courts. This distinctive rope course resource would engage all the community in the outdoors and build relationships with all whilst growing resilience with fun and excitement!!! Ropes courses are an experiential learning tool which helps place confidence back into the individual.

There is currently a lack of similar ropes-based play space in the local area and a suitable facility for children ages 8 - 15. This course will provide laughter for all. Research has found that participating in a rope course boosts confidence in all. It gives a sense of achievement and ensures people believe they are capable of achieving what they set out for. Whilst benefiting the brain, encouraging kids and the community to be outside and enjoy, it will improve the upper and lower body with strength and improve the fine motor skills. A win win for all!!!
