Sewer and car park upgrade

To construct proper sewer system and pipework for toilet and kitchen facilities and to upgrade car park so as to facilitate access and use by local community and visitors/tourists.

The Footscray and western suburbs has a large Asian community who frequently comes to visit our temple which has become a landmark for Footscray and tourist attraction for Melbourne. Our temple has been featured in Melbourne Cultural visit guide book, Qantas in-flight magazine, and advertisements and films. The local community can have better access to our temple site and the Maribyrnong river front area if we can construct a proper sewer pipeline system for toilets/kitchen and upgrade the carpark.
