Sensory toys are learning tools for all children, particularly those with additional needs. Our van will deliver toys and specialised resources to childcare centres, schools, OT’s, therapists and community groups, providing support to kids and families. We’ll share knowledge of our service at Yarra Ranges and local events. Macclesfield Primary School creates a safe learning space inclusive of students with additional needs. They’ll store the van; teachers access toys when the van is not at an event/loaning session. Schools can create sensory areas to generate engagement and calm, particularly for distressed students. Educators can structure therapeutic play with sensory toys.

Yarra Ranges community showed concern for a lack of resources/support for families with children experiencing social challenges, learning difficulties and anxiety.

We bridge the gap with support systems that encourages families to link with each other.

We reduce financial vulnerability and isolation of ‘Hills’ residents by providing access to sensory tools, books and support groups. Our lending system promotes recycling, reducing landfill.

Our passion is to support families through play.

Such a great concept - these toys support children who need help with focus and calm. My boy loves the wedge cushions so he can have some movement while sitting. Good luck!
