Each Expo runs for approximately 4-5 hours (number dependent) and includes lunch and refreshments. It has been designed for senior road users and includes a group introduction. Participants then split into three groups to attend stations. Stations include a current road rule presentation, a vehicle safety presentation and a driving assessment provided by qualified driving instructors. After lunch participants gather together for the final discussion on medication use while driving and safe driving techniques, including a question and answer section with Victoria Police representatives. Showbags including the "Road to Solo Driving" books are given.
At Community Centres or private venues.

The 2016 Census states there were 1.6 million elderly people in Australia, representing 6.8% of the population.
According to TAC statistics, within our government areas of Bayside, Cardinia, Casey, Dandenong and Mornington Peninsula, 10 senior fatalities were recorded last year. 4 were from the 50-59 age group, 3 from the 60-69 age group and 3 from 70+ age group. This includes 2 cyclists, 4 driving a vehicle, 1 passenger and 3 pedestrians.
These results include fatalities, not hospitalisation, minor discrepancies or near misses.
Our program addresses safe vehicle and driving techniques, road rules, medications and shared responsibility of road safety.
