The Sebastopol Men's Shed "Get Forked" healthy eating program that enables the Shed to grow vegetables and utilise produce from the Second Bite Program to provide at least 3 nutritious meals per week to our members. With the building of our new Shed, we will need will have a vacant block that will need to be transformed into a new garden including 4 water tanks and fittings, hothouses and raised garden beds.

The Sebastopol Men's Shed has become an integral part of the fabric of the Sebastopol community. The Get Forked Program is designed to utilise our fresh food production to benefit not only our members but the wider community as well. From garden bed to dining table and beyond. The excess production is distributed to the community through our many Community partners
