Scoot into Nyah District

We have very few outdoor facilities for young families in the area. This facility will attract families from Nyah, Nyah West, Vinifera, Wood Wood and Koraleigh, as well as passing tourists and their families.
We will enhance the area by using an existing structure in a current playground, so will have a low impact on the environment.

The number 1 priority in the Nyah District Community Plan is “Youth Priorities- identify and include a couple of youth projects which include a skate park, pump track, flying fox”
There is a need for the pump track in our community as there is very little in the way of outdoor facilities for youth and families in the area. We have some playground equipment which is suitable for younger children but nothing for youth. The track can be simultaneously enjoyed by all ages with all ability levels from beginner to expert. It will create an informal social meeting place.
