This will be able to be used by all the community for social gatherings, coffees, lunch, or smoko purchased from the shop allowing the community to socialize and get to know one another. Or generally, it will provide a rest spot for the Murray Trail bike rides, local kids on their horses, or for parents walking with the kids.
The community will benefit for the purpose of being able to get to know all who lives in Nichols Point. Children and grandchildren alike. With the screen time being more important than socialising I think this will be wonderful for Nichols Point to have as a gathering place somewhere nice to sit and chat.

😻 It's a beautiful old rotunda, they don't make them like this anymore so we need to preserve & maintain this piece of history for all to enjoy. Once it's gone, it's gone!! Can't get it back again. So don't let that happen. I'm sure many people would make use of it, grab a coffee and/or lunch & sit over there. I know I would. Mums can meet for a catch up, plenty of room for the kids to play. Let's save the rotunda.!! Let's use the rotunda.!!!
