The Romsey sporting precinct undertook a major re-development approximately 5 years ago. Since then it has been the show piece of the RDFL and has hosted the RDFL Grand Final as a result. Unfortunately a new electronic scoreboard was not included in the upgrade much to the surprise and disappointment of all who play sport at the precinct. A new electronic scoreboard would provide a huge benefit for all age groups of football and cricket teams allowing scores to be updated remotely. It would also provide much clearer visibility of the scores and possibly even movie nights for the community

With Romsey hosting so many grand finals, this would be a fantastic upgrade. The roof leaks, its so cold in winter.Receiving funding would take pressure off the club and parents leaving more time to focus on the children and players.Movie night would be great for the whole community

We are a growing community & sport is at the centre of so much community spirit, we should continue to invest and be proud of the facilities we have.

Would be a fantastic addition to our club that is used by many surrounding towns, the ground often holds Finals & Grand Finals & an electronic scoreboard just makes sense.

I have just attended the local regions Junior Football Grandfinals that Romsey has hosted for the second year in a row. Thousands of kids and their supporters. A fantastic day. A new scoreboard would be a great and much needed addition to the ground

An electronic scoreboard is definitely needed by all that use Romsey Park. We need to be up with the times like other venues in the area.

A new score board will be an add asset to Romsey Park & it would be utilised by the community.

As a coach of football and having two teenage children playing footy and netball I believe the addition of an electronic scoreboard would have an immediate positive influence on our local community. We are working hard to engender in our youth a sense of pride and commitment to the town and to each other and having first class facilities to support the sporting club will add to that ethos.
