St Thomas More Primary School hosts the Big Dreams Market every month and it's attended by people from near and far. Our students' toilets are used by adults and children alike who come to the market. Obviously our students use these toilets on a daily basis. The toilet facilities are run down and it's embarrassing that our name is associated with these facilities that are also used by the general public. Grants and fundraising is our only option to provide an upgrade as we are a small community school and our budget is tight.
Everyone who uses our toilets comments on how unpleasant the experience is, which is not what we want for anyone. We hope to renovate the boys and girls toilets and create clean, pleasant and user friendly facilities including an accessible/disabled toilet in each of the boys' and girls' toilets. Our students and the general public deserve to have access to amenities that are clean, hygienic and have user friendly fittings (current taps and toilet roll holders are problematic). We hope you agree.

A wonderful idea, a fabulous plan, our community needs this one!
With such a community presence here daily... this project is a necessity!
We would love for STM to get any financial help that they can to make the toileting facilities a pleasant experience for all ages and all abilities. We miss having the STM folk in our daily lives and hope that our vote can help in some way.
Our little community have worked very hard to raise half the funding for this project and would love to get it over the line with some public support and government funding.
