The toilets are in disrepair and there is also need for a toilet for people with a disability. A store room is required for Mobile Day Care and Indoor Bowls Club to store their belongings. The Hall needs a complete paint inside and out as there is paint peeling off everywhere.
The Hall was built in 1925 with the land donated by the Black Family as a hub for community events. It is tired and in need of renovation before it falls into complete disrepair and past the possibility of being resurrected.

The local community will be able to hold a lot more functions there as people will feel as though they want to be there instead of using other facilities outside of the community which up to this point have been more modern and safe. The elderly who use the facility will have access to updated toilets and also people that are in a wheelchair or use walking aids will have access to a toilet. The kitchen also requires new benchtops.
