The pure energy of Anger is vital for setting & holding boundaries, saying NO!, personal safety, having clarity, being decisive, making change, taking action and discovering personal purpose, power and passion.

Sabina of Alternative Women's Fitness & Stacia of The Art of Relating have joined forces to create a unique program supporting women to draw on these qualities of Anger for strength, clarity and self-empowerment.

Focusing on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, women learn a unique set of skills for self-awareness and life-navigation, supporting re-connection to their own inherent inner wisdom & guidance.

3 x 9 week programs.

When women are empowered through being connected to their inner-wisdom and strength they are more motivated, inspired and resourceful.

Empowered women have healthier relationships with their children and their partners. The positive impact of these connections creates a ripple effect that benefits the whole community.

Supporting women to lead the way in strengthening relationships can greatly reduce the risk of violence against women and children in our community.

This pilot project will run over 2 school terms and include research to determine it's impact on women in community.

“When women are empowered, all of society benefits.” Ms Migiro, United Nations

Voted for this, sounds great. I've experienced Stacia's work in 'reclaiming anger', and believe this would make a big difference to the community, where it counts.
