The project will transform the operating facilities of Realise Enterprises, which is currently ran out of two small locations limited in their infrastructure capacity. A new training facility will be built.

Those who directly benefit from the project will be people with a disability in South West Victoria who wish to build capacity in employment and lifestyle skills. This will be achieved through individuals participating in career and lifestyle coaching on offer at the facility (group or individuals). Key activities include structured workplace learning, career and work readiness, personal development and lifestyle coaching and community participation.

The project addresses the issue of providing meaningful career and lifestyle opportunities and choices for people with disability. The project will increase access to employment and lifestyle opportunities as a key to improving economic security and personal well-being for this group. This project educates and transforms long held stereotypes of people with a disability. It engages the community, provides a visible presence for the public to witness first hand that people with a disability are valued and contributing members of our local community. It will foster inclusiveness and diversity in local work places and the broader community.
