Pushing boundaries by creating innovative play spaces for intergenerational interactions by providing an environment for social interaction and engagement between ‘book end’ generations.
Purposely designed playground spaces, where the elderly have the opportunity to join in the play, or simply take advantage of the shady informal and formal structures and seating areas around the playgrounds where they can just sit, relax and enjoy the children playing.
Facilitated intergenerational playgroup sessions adding new dimension to the playgroup experience by providing the opportunity to build relationships, and help both young and old benefit from the enthusiasm, knowledge and each others attitudes.

Most elderly residents living in the region don't have families living in the area, Vice versa, many of our children don't have grandparents living close by and have little interaction with the elderly. This concept is leading edge and provides the opportunity for all ages to experience meaningful social contact, spontaneous encounters and place attachment.
It offers a wonderful opportunity for the elderly and young parents to make new friends, learn from one another and develop a supportive local network. Whilst at the same time it helps our children with their social, emotional, physical, cognitive and language development

What a clever idea. This is a win win for young kids and older people who wish to contribute and engage the youngest in our community
