We need asbestos removed from kitchen and toilets, refit kitchen and toilets, one of which will be for disabled and include a shower, drainage issues resolved, re-cladding internally and externally, store-rooms set up for storage, a garage/shed for our trailer and equipment, and install water tank.
We want a level safe area for children to participate fully in scouting activities, with clean and safe facilities. This involves children from five years of age to teenagers Scouting memorabilia to be displayed permanently on the walls. The hall can be used by other groups if they require, has previously had basketball and badminton played there, and also used as a voting station.

Thank you for voting for this project, and I ask that you encourage your family and friends to vote also,
Scouts Aust, Vic Branch has taken out a 10 year lease on this building, three years have passed already with no progress, and in the meantime, there has not been a suitable venue for activities consequently members and leaders have fallen away. We need a suitable venue before we get started again.
