Prefer exercise stations installed in various housing estates (Crestwood estate, Rivergum estate etc.)... therapy sessions will attract bias and overtime the money will be siphoned without delivering any benefit
Why?: because there will be no accountability and monitoring will add to the cost of the program
There needs to be several Programs as the needs of different groups are different

The Health and Wellbeing pop-up events will be held across four days over a six month period. These free wellbeing treatments will pop-up in a shopping centre; a little oasis for the local community to stop and take a moment to relax and unwind from the business of life. The pop-ups will present alternative/complementary therapies as wellbeing options allowing community members the opportunity to explore these options for free in a relaxing space. The modalities on offer will include: Kinesiology, Reflexology, Massage, Reiki and others. As well as the complementary therapies there will be free tea and opportunities for connection.
These events will enhance the wellbeing of local community members by allowing them to take the time to relax and be pampered in a nurturing environment.
It will also build awareness within the community of alternative and complementary therapies that are available to support individual and community wellbeing.
Treatments will be 15-30 minutes with bookings taken on the day.
It is envisioned that the free treatments will be taken up by mothers particularly with young children and our older community. Information will be distributed to the organisations who currently support these groups, for example maternal child health and other services.
