An inclusive studio for emerging artists with disability to participate in skill sharing workshops facilitated by local practicing artists. The studio based program will work towards fulfilling specific design briefs provided by local industry and community, with a view to developing artwork and designs for local products and services.
Working to a brief and putting skill development into practice participants will generate individualised folios to support the development of their creative employment pathways.
Outcrop Artists will be a space for all people who identify as an emerging artists in need of extra support.

Outcrop Artists will benefit the local community by-
-Providing a point of difference for local producers of products and services and opening access to locally created artworks.
-Providing opportunities for people with disability to develop their creative skills and get recognition for their creative contribution to their local community.
-Strengthening community cohesiveness through inclusion and diversity.
-Creating a meeting place for emerging artists of all abilities who share in a common interest.
-Opening a creative conversation where people with disabilities, with less obvious approaches to design and creativity, can be acknowledged and grounded in the main stream.
