Our Table 2 Yours - Equipment Upgrade

Birallee House in conjunction with Kirinari Community Services prepares over 100 meals each Friday for distribution to those homeless and disadvantaged in the local community. Kirinari clients and staff prepare two separate meals and place them in the freezer and these meals are rotated through to the members of the community.
Birallee House however are desperate to upgrade their equipment in an effort to assist those that are cooking but to enable them to provide a great amount of food to those in desperate need.

This project will aid our clients and staff with a better standard of tools and utensils to prepare the food, which in turn will allow for a greater volume of food made available to those people in the community who desperately need assistance.
It also presents a great opportunity for our clients, who themselves have a range of disabilities, to give back to their local community while at the same time feeling like a valued member of their own local community.
