Bunyip Netball Club is desperately seeking assistance to fund both team and spectator seating in their public court area. This public facility is used 5 days a week for both training and game days. It is also located in the Bunyip Recreation Reserve which is open to both the public and campers all year round. At present we have no seating in our court side shelters or for spectators- many of them senior citizens and long term members of our wonderful club. We would love to be able to offer seating for players, team officials and most importantly our supporters.

Bunyip Netball Club is a well loved and supported sporting team within this small community town. We have 60 junior players, 30 senior players and many more non active members and supporters. Research shows that communities that participate in sport develop strong social bonds, are safer places and the people who live in them are generally healthier and happier. The Bunyip community has a strong supporter base that we would like to continue. This means being able to offer seating to cater for our supporters who are often elderly. As the reserve is a public venue the whole community benefits.

Its so sad such a great rural netball club has absolutely nowhere for spectators to sit. How wonderful would it be to have seating.

Very important to have seating not only for the teams but especially for those who may not be able to stand for a long length of time. Disabled, elderly, etc... everyone deserves to be able to spectate comfortably and watch friends, children and grandchildren play or just wanting to be involved in the community. Good luck!

This seating will be such an asset to this community facility. The courts are used not only by local sporting clubs but schools and community groups. The lack of seating at this facility at present is a major downfall. Good luck with the project I hope it comes to fruition.

This venue is used by the entire community. Local schools hold tournaments here. The chairs in our clubhouse cannot be removed from venue as they are not all weather. Outdoor seating is really needed at this Venue.
