• The Hall is used by both Parish and outside individuals and groups.
• Key activities at the Hall are private functions, group meetings and a tennis club.

The Hall exterior wall is covered in graffiti or 'tags' that the community find offensive.
• There are two schools in close vicinity - Helen St primary school and St Joseph's primary school.
• The Hall is listed on the Darebin Council website as a Hall for hire. People have certain expectations about Hall aesthetics!
• Potential users are lost due to the shabby look of the east facing wall that runs alongside Helen Street, Northcote.
• The picture above is the work of Andre Barouh at www.setitoff.com.au who comes highly recommended and has worked with community groups and Councils.

It will enhance the whole area and inject optimism among the elderly.

Needed desperately due to the continuing ugly and offensive grafetti placed on this hall over the past 10 years
