Mummies Day Out is a full day event designed to honour mums in the community where they can take a time to relax and enjoy a day of entertainment, interactive activities, pampering and workshops. Taking time out seems impossible as a working parent or stay at home mum, regularly putting yourself first is essential, not only for your own health and wellbeing but also for the health and wellbeing of the whole family. Mummies Day Out will be a safe place for mums to nurture, nourish and pamper without guilt.
The event will help mums to push through the guilt to look after themselves to be the best that they can be and enjoy the activities that loved prior having a family. The event will establish the health benefits for mums of having their own hobbies and personal time also sets an important example for their children. It will create a space for mums to interact with other mothers and connect with their body and spirit in order to remember their inner wisdom.
