Money for a Dunny

Our current facilities are in dire need of an upgrade. They were built approximately 60 years ago and are requiring constant repairs and upkeep. They are home to birds, possums and spiders!! The building and plumbing require extensive repairs and access for the disabled is limited.
Upgrading our facilities benefits all that hire the hall and hopefully increases the overall use of the hall, which is the hub of our small community.
The general public benefits as a whole as the facilities are accessible to the passing traffic on the main road and would create accommodation options for local festivities.

The hall is used to bring our small community together, strengthening friendships and farmers' health and wellbeing. It is used by the fire brigade and landcare group for training/meetings and it is a fire staging/catering area. A new toilet block will provide baby facilities, eliminate the need to hire extra toilets and will improve accessability for the disabled.
The inclusion of showers benefits our local fire brigade and create the opportunity for providing accommodation and generating income. Lastly, the Committee of Management benefits as there will be less volunteer time needed to clean/prepare and maintain them.
