With a booming number of new members aged 30 years and over, our almost half-century-old club facilities need a comfort upgrade. Winter mornings are icy inside steel shed meeting rooms and male and female change rooms. In summer, members flee to the shade of the trees. So we'd like to insulate and line our clubrooms and paint and decorate the walls to make the club environment more inviting and relaxing. And while we're refurbishing, we'd also like to upgrade our limited toilets to help relieve those anxious pre-race moments.
Our project benefits the wider community by inviting men and women who are 30 and over to join a friendly, supportive and competitive bicycle racing club. Our twice-weekly handicap race format gives everyone a chance and encourages a level of ongoing fitness and riding skills, making our maturing community even more healthy, happier and creating an even better place to live.

This is a great club that caters for health and well being of mature age cyclist, both men and women. Upgrading the current "tin shed" club rooms is fundamental to the future growth and contribution to the Geelong and Surf Coast communities of the club.

A very basic facility that supports a growing group and a growth area in physical and mental health. It also houses regional sporting archives.
