Make-your-comfort-zone is a pre-crisis mental health app allowing young people to tailor their app media content by combining comforting narration and music of their choice with positive images and animated visuals available on the App. Personal audio and visuals can also be imported to create a 'comfort zone' in these times of crisis. Combining these media elements young people will be able to make a 'comfort zone' to fit their individual circumstance, which offers an opportunity to create their own protective solutions to avert a mental health crisis.

Mental ill-health in adolescents is a growing problem in our community and youth are immersed in technology for engagement and help seeking. MakeYourComfortZone is a mental health app offering immediate help in a mental health crisis for youth struggling to find support. Our app offers a contemporary technological solution, which will reduce the burden on our over-stretched social services and empower youth who will feel instrumental in the creation of their own solutions.
