'MADCOW Mobile Meals' will provide freshly cooked, affordable and hearty meals prepared by Karen refugees. People that are vulnerable and marginalised, including people supported by the NDIS, will learn how to prepare low cost hearty meals. Meals will be available directly though our MADCOW Cafe, but can also be delivered straight to your door. Meals will be prepared for sale each day and delivered each afternoon. At the end of the day, we will make some meals available to the homeless through our MADCOW Free Chow program. Any remaining meals will be frozen for further use and/or sale.

The main emphasis is to support the marginalised in our community by creating an environment that is inclusive for all and teaches valuable life skills. We can do this in the following ways: cCreate more employment for refugees; create a positive living program for NDIS clients and others that struggle with meal preparation; provide a free community meal where people come together and support those doing it tough and sleeping rough; sales of meals to the general public will provide the business model and we will employ staff to oversee training and food handling etc.

What a brilliant idea that will be a win for the community on several levels - helping people learn how to cook healthy meals, providing employment and allowing many people to have nutritious food to eat. Most importantly further enhancing the sense of community that is so important to mental health and well being.

Good job getting this up Matt, I always love a Mad Cow Burger as a lunch option. These meals should go a long way to feeding 5000.
