Sweet Shepherd Rescue Australia Inc would like to run a South Gippsland subsidized desexing program. This would be directed to the lower socioeconomic groups that need the most help.
By allowing people access to vet care it will reduce the amount of local council work dedicated to stray and unwanted pets. This program can assist the aged, the disabled and the local poor/ homeless who need this vet care for their companion animals.
