During sunshine/warm weather, people of all ages come to the park - walking, trotting, running and doing all sorts of physical activity. When it’s raining/in cold weather, they can still exercise at home with hula-hooping.
Living Active is our community project. From passive to active: people only take part in hula-hooping after seeing they can turn the big, super gripping ring around the body.
We’ll organise hooping workshops at community festivals and council events. Participants will be provided with a learning-hoop and a safe-hand ring. Our coaching for total-beginner level will be at council halls and parks.

Health is the key to all. Our purpose is improving community health with frequent physical exercise.
Our targets are people who think they are NOT able to hoop; women's groups, senior's clubs, anyone who wants to burn some tummy fat with our supper-griping hoops. Professional hoopers wear shorts or tight clothes, but our participants will wear normal clothes when practicing hula-hooping. Our giant super-gripping hoop produces a visible pulling force. Starting wigglers will react against it naturally in slow-rhythm. Imagine seeing across street or through the garden fence; people hooping and being greeted with their smile and invitation to join.
