Little Kitchen provides easy-to-cook, nutrient dense recipes that kids can follow and be 'hands-on' in the kitchen so that they can spend time with their adults cooking great food. This will be an online resource that is accessible by anyone with an internet connection, we especially encourage dads to cook and most importantly share time with their kids.

Little Kitchen addresses childhood obesity, nutritionally deficient food, food wastage and sustainability by providing easy-to-follow series of recipes that are dense in nutrition, have low environmental impact, and are simple to prepare and serve. So that younger kids can 'take the lead' in the kitchen in order to share time with the adults in their lives, Little Kitchen also actively encourages men to enjoy spending time with their children cooking together.
