Learning with the Community will be established in a way that encourages ongoing learning and adaptation of the model.
Respond to learner needs and desires
Lead people into training, employment and civic participation pathways
Help build a skilled workforce for local employers

We believe that learning is central to the well-being of people and communities. The training provided will open up previously unimagined possibilities for individuals and our community. Our future looks brighter, and our prospects for prosperity and a fulfilling life are enhanced as we rediscover the joy and personal growth that accompanies a great learning experience.

Learning with the Community will establish performance measures and the processes for tracking progress.
 More people enhancing their skills and using their talents to craft a good life for themselves
 Social and economic prosperity will increase as the pool of talented workers, volunteers, entrepreneurs and learners grows and is linked to local employers
 New resources flow as the value created for funders, learners and partners becomes increasingly evident
 Help build a skilled workforce for local employers
 Respond to learner needs and desires
 Lead people into training, employment and civic participation pathways
