Would be a great thing for our community as we could play night games on pitch 1.

Our local soccer club currently has lighting that is almost 40 years old and requires an upgrade to accommodate night fixtures as the club and the sport continue to grow at a rapid pace.
Langama Park is the only soccer facility in the growing township of Sunbury. It is also home to the Sunbury Rugby Club and Sunbury Cricket Club.
Pitch 1 at Langama Park, home of Sunbury United Football Club (Soccer) is listed as a "district" facility and we currently accommodate both Senior and Junior Competitions. Our teams range from Senior Men's, Reserves and Women's plus 16 junior teams.
Pitch 1 is entirely dedicated to soccer and is in direct view of the Sunbury United Sporting Club.
Sunbury United currently has well over 300 members. We are a blossoming community with development at all borders.
Pitch 1 lighting is extremely old and outdated, no longer adequate for the higher demands, not environmentally friendly, and beyond repair. We cannot approve night fixtures currently. New lighting will change this. We can accommodate healthy lifestyles for full-time workers and include Friday night fixtures for our Women's competition to showcase their skills.

This club deserves to be chosen for new lights it would benefit by this to play night games and for training
Would be a great boost to community football , I believe it would assist with showcasing men’s and women’s football via night games.
